Process design
We can design an overall process and specific events for you to achieve your objectives in the most cost and time effective manner. We select the best techniques for all situations to ensure full participation and the very best use of the one fixed ingredient - time available!

We make extensive use of PinPoint technology using large work boards to maximise the creative and effective participation by everyone.
Venue selection
We advise our clients about the appropriate type of venue and specific room requirements to ensure the best prospect achieving the desired impact and outcomes.
Facilitation
We facilitate events to ensure the best opportunity for delivery in line with expectations, to manage the unexpected, and always to finish on time! The power of independent facilitation adds value to the process and enables the client to fully participate in the event.
Recording and reporting
We make extensive use of 'real time' recording of activities as they occur on the day. Participants can see what is being recorded as it happens and nothing is missed, which helps to build participant confidence. We produce reports of the day’s outputs as an accurate and manageable record of all participatory events.
Designing and chairing major conferences
You don't have to have a standard conference format with people sitting in rows listening to speakers all day. We’ve all been to enough of those!
Peter Woodward has extensive experience in major conference design and co-ordination, and is a skilled chair/master of ceremonies. We can work with you to design a well planned, perfectly timed conference which delegates can participate in and get maximum benefit from.
